We stand behind everything we sell. If a purchase isn’t right for you, we’ll refund it — no hard feelings.

Digital products — 30-day guarantee

• Full refund within 30 days. This covers both the Big 4 to Boutique ebook and the Boutique Firm Templates Pack. If your purchase doesn’t deliver value for you, email us within 30 days and we’ll refund the full amount — no questions asked.
• The guarantee also covers the free bonus materials included with the ebook.
• You keep nothing to return — these are digital products — so we simply ask that the guarantee be used in good faith.

How to request a refund

Email hello@big4toboutique.com with your name and date of purchase. We aim to respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds to your original payment method.

Advisory & consulting services

Consulting and advisory engagements are governed by the separate written engagement agreement for that work, which sets out its own fees and cancellation terms. Introductory discovery calls are free.

Chargebacks

Because we offer a straightforward 30-day refund, we ask that you contact us first rather than filing a chargeback — we’ll almost always resolve it faster than your card issuer can.
